Go Crazy for Mango’s!

Our team has begun using the Kent Mango, sourced from Mexico. This strain of mango is known for having less fibre, more juice and a sweet, peachy, tropical flavour. It tends to be more delicious, juicy and succulent in comparison to the commonly used Tommy Atkins or the Haden mango, an attribution of their yellow roots. They tend to be on the large size spectrum, and in terms of skin, they often exhibit slight red, yellows and eventually golden and orange blush tones. Kent’s have white speckles, but as they ripen, their specular highlights become more predominant. JusFruit uses this special mango for a finer texture and more flavour for the most gastronomic experience in a cup: Fresh, pressed, bubble tea!
